  • The Hebrew Alphabet Flash Cards Set includes 32 cards (31 letter cards + 1 cover card), featuring all the letters of the Hebrew Alphabet from א (Alef) to (Tav) ת, including letter variations and final letters.

    The set ships inside a clear sleeve as FOUR 8.5"x11" pages, printed on 100# cardstock paper, and also includes instructions and a zip bag for storage.

    Follow the provided instructions to cut each page according to the marked lines, and you will then have 32 cards of 4.25"x2.75" each. The card pack will fit in the provided 4"x5" clear zip bag (4 mil.)

    The front of each card features ONE Hebrew letter.

    The back of each card will teach you the following:

    Letter's name
    Syllable-by-syllable transliteration/pronunciation of the letter's name (*see farther pronunciation instructions below).
    Letter's base sound (if any) and reference to other letters with the same base sound (Base sound is the sound the letter makes on its own with no vowels).
    See the letter & its placement on a line.
    Letter's numeric value (useful for Kabbalah and for arranging the cards in the correct order of the Hebrew alphabet).

    *The forward-slash (“/”) separates between syllables and the capitals mark where the accent should be. Pronounce each syllable on its own (left-to-right), then combine the syllables to pronounce the word as a whole.

How to use?

Hebrew is read from RIGHT-to-left, so you will start from the right and work your way towards the left.
Under each Hebrew word, you will find its transliteration & translation in English. The forward-slash (“/”) separates between syllables and the capitals mark where the accent should be. Pronounce each syllable on its own (left-to-right), then combine the syllables to pronounce the word as a whole.
