Psalm 137:5-6 in Hebrew is a powerful statement on the importance of Jerusalem with the Temple Mount at its center for keeping the Nation of Israel together as a People over the centuries.
For thousands of years, the Jewish people have recited these verses in obedience to make sure that Jerusalem would not be forgotten.
To this day, in Jewish weddings, before the couple is formally married, the groom proclaims this statement before the guests and breaks a cup with his foot to symbolize sorrow for the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem. In other words, on what is supposed to be the happiest day in the life of the couple, they stop, putting sorrow and longing for the Temple first.
"If I forget you, O Jerusalem, let my right hand wither. May my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth if I cease to remember you, if I do not set Jerusalem above my chief joy."
- Psalm 137:5-6, ESV

How to use?
Hebrew is read from RIGHT-to-left, so you will start from the right and work your way towards the left.
Under each Hebrew word, you will find its transliteration & translation in English. The forward-slash (“/”) separates between syllables and the capitals mark where the accent should be. Pronounce each syllable on its own (left-to-right), then combine the syllables to pronounce the word as a whole.
