Shipping

Domestic Shipping (within the USA): Most domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS in a 9.75″ x 12.25″ rigid flat envelope. To ensure proper delivery, please make sure that your mailbox can contain this size envelope without folding it.

International Shipping: Currently, international shipping is not available.
Please order the digital download version of the Hebrew Print/Chart you like or
visit my 3rd-party stores on Zazzle or SpreadShirt.

Returns

Please contact me below with any issues with your order or for return requests.
Please specify the reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and I will do my best to resolve the issue for you or will authorize a return under the conditions below:

Physical Prints: If you are not satisfied with your physical print purchase, you can return it in NEW, unused condition within 30 days of your purchase. Once the items are received back, you will receive a credit to the original form of payment minus my shipping costs.
(Shipping costs are not refundable!).

Digital Downloads: All digital purchases are FINAL once downloaded and cannot be refunded or returned. If you are having any issues with your download,
please contact me below.
